Summit Explode

Summit Training Center "Explode" Small Group Performance Training

"Explosion” is advanced small group training for high school athletes who have completed Development training and are ready to start training in increase maximum power/strength.   After a dynamic warm-up working on flexibility, balance and speed mechanics the first exercise performed is some form of the Olympic lifts to emphasize the Central Nervous System and increase rate of force development.
