“Development” focuses development and progression strength, power, speed, agility and core stability. Introduce fundamentals of Olympic Weight Lifting and ground based strength training. The qualities of a superior athlete are: power, speed, strength, agility, flexibility, coordination, sport-specific conditioning, balance, skill expertise, mental toughness and being goal oriented. By training motor patterns and movements instead of individual muscles athletes learn to use their bodies as a whole and athleticism is achieved!!
In this program 60 minute strength session and 30 minute Speed & Agility workout offered 3 x per Week. This program is recommended for middle school age athletes or high school athletes with minimal experience in weight lifting. Each athlete has an opportunity train up to 12 sessions per week in small group 2-4.
10:00 AM – 11:00 AM or
